  Jay’s dissertation, “Elementary and Middle School Bullying: A Delphi Analysis of Successful Prevention Programming” is an investigation among teachers, educators, administrators, parents and stakeholders to identify, classify, and prioritize the components of bullying prevention programs in an effort to empower educators to reduce the frequency, severity, and pervasive nature of bullying in elementary through middle school-aged students.
